Services. We currently offer many exciting services.
We can provide general maintenance for your apartment building, office
building or other income property. We'll take on anything from changing
light bulbs, sealing floors, repairs to the interior/exterior or just a general
clean-up of the property itself.
We can also provide painting of apartments as well as reconditioning after
tenants leave. A thorough cleaning is always a great selling point when
trying to sell or rent your property.

Our newest addition to the Property Maintenance Division is our Emergency
Property Board-Up Service. If you have vandalism, fire, or other major
disaster occur at your property; we will come in, board up and secure the
site.
24 hour Emergency Response is available upon request for basement
